Attica Shopping Center

Attica Shopping Center project dealt with the restoration and the adaptive reuse of space of a a historically preserved, neo-classical building, former listed building (Army Pension Fund) in the center of Athens. Its current use as a mall created a shopping hub in an area that was neglected and degraded. The superstructure is 32.000,00 square meters and expands in 6 levels and the underground area, that is used mainly as storage space, is 1.500,00 square meters.
