Apartment at N. Psychiko

This project concerns the design and construction of a modern bachelor pad in the area of Psychiko. The apartment’s design is based on the creation of a minimal space, with austere constructions blended with color and material contrast. The uniform, white surfaces meet with dark gray details and create an intense and atmospheric identity. The living room, dining table and kitchen are designed in order to form a unified, open space in the apartment. The living room is orientated towards the main street and has an unobstructed view through the big, linear front window. The architectural proposal provides a turn key solution regarding the owners’ wishes and creates a complete effect by including in the design process the selection of the appropriate furniture, lighting elements and electrical appliance.
