It is a 6 level luxury office Building with 6.600,00 square meters superstructure and a 2 level basement of storage area, archive rooms and parking spaces of 2.200,00 square meters. Because of its location, that is opposite of the USA embassy it is equipped with special security systems (Bullet proof Glasses, communication shut down, etc.).
