Kitchen Lab #3 Akis Petretzikis -Brunch-

Brunch combines the best of two meals -breakfast and lunch. The necessary ‘ingredients’ of said meal are good food and relaxing surroundings. Regarding the former, every day Akis Petretzikis and his crew create extraordinary tastes. The latter is depicted in the pictures of the completed project you see on the left. A minimalist, uncluttered space where guests can momentarily forget their everyday woes. A friendly environment where everyone feels like being at home hanging out with people who love. A space which has been designed to create a sense of calm and joie de vivre to all. A meeting place where the superfluous has given its place to laid-back luxury. Apart from that, Besko created a functional and inspiring workspace for the chef where uncountable tastes “travel” all around until a prefect brunch is made. Wooden surfaces are mixed with steel and stone and the result is what you can see yourself visiting the restaurant in the region of Agia Paraskevi. Besko creates, you enjoy!
